Increasing diversity in the Company's board of directors and company managementDuring 2023, two members of the board of directors completed their terms. The Company has set an updated goal to increase the representation of women in management and board of directors: 28% women on the board by 2024, 33% women on the board by the end of 2026, and 33% women in management by the end of 2026.
The Company’s management, employees, and suppliers sign the Company's Code of Ethics 100% of the Company's employees participated in the Company's ethics and Code of Ethics training. This goal will be reviewed annually and is an ongoing commitment of the Company.
All company employees in Israel have signed the Code of Ethics. The expectation is to achieve signatures from all key suppliers on the Code of Ethics by the end of 2024.
