Employee Volunteering in Israel
The Company encourages its employees to get involved and volunteer in the community. In 2023, about 50% of the employees completed about 556 volunteer hours during work hours, participating in a variety of community initiatives in Doral’s areas of operation.
The employees took part in orientation days at Yemin Ort Preparatory School, pre-military academy, tree planting days with the ‘Special in Uniform’ organization, and mentoring youth as part of ‘Unistream’ activities.
