Doral firmly believes in nurturing and growing its human capital. In 2023, eleven employees were promoted, showcasing the Company’s commitment to internal development and advancement of talented employees striving for excellence.

 

Doral’s recruitment focus extends beyond academic backgrounds to include candidates’ knowledge, life experiences, leadership skills, initiative, and relevance to the Company’s activities. The management places great importance on the career development of employees within the company. Doral organizes various training and enrichment programs for its employees in different departments across Israel, covering topics such as internal compliance, information security, and safety. The Company supports employees’ participation in courses, training sessions, and conferences at its expense.

 

New employees undergo an orientation process that includes training on the Company’s operations, internal procedures, Code of Ethics, administrative enforcement program, and specific job training.

There is transparent and ongoing communication between the Chairman, management, and employees, stemming from the Company’s ‘open door policy’. The management and chairman’s doors are practically open to all employees. The Company also conducts company-wide meetings, manages an employee WhatsApp group, holds departmental meetings with the CEO, along with regular meetings of various forums such as the Israel Business Development Forum, Europe Forum, USA Forum, Hydrogen Forum, ESG Forum, and Doral Tech Forum.

In 2024, Doral will implement a comprehensive training program on ESG topics for the ESG Forum and all company employees.
